Overcome the world

“For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith.” - I John 5:4 NKJV

Jesus is the first person to overcome the world (John 16:33). And anybody who believes in Him as the Son of God also partakes in this victory (1 John 5:5). Why? — Because faith is the victory that overcomes the world, and every Christian has a measure of faith (Romans 12:3).

When you read 1 John 5:4 (verse above) very well, it’s written that “whatever” (“whatsoever” for KJV), not “whosoever” is born of God, overcomes the world. So from this verse, it’s not only people that can be born of God. Anything at all can be born of God. That includes godly ideas for ministry or business, divine instruction from the Holy Spirit to do something, etc.

When God gives you any of these, it means it has been on His mind, but He wants you to materialize it on the earth. And once God’s seal is on it, it has overcome every earthly and antichristic system in this evil world. Therefore, it’s left with man to commit to doing what the Lord has presented as ideas (seeds of eternity) with all his heart. That is why visionary Christians are known to be very hardworking. Why? — Because such people follow heavenly templates given by the Lord for whatever they are doing, which makes them uncommonly great people.

Every idea that’s God-inspired is possible for His children to manifest it no matter how many physical hindrances against the person carrying that vision. Are you one of those blessed with divine vision as I am? Then look unto God and follow Him. Let Him teach you how to plan, and then work out that vision with your heart. You will succeed.

You’re a blessing.
