God Will Never Be Unfaithful To You [Devotional]

“Your faithfulness continues through all generations; you established the earth, and it endures.” — Psalms 119:90 NIV

Did you know that God will never be unfaithful to you? Maybe you’ve gone through severe struggles and pain. Perhaps you’ve suffered at the hands of wicked people so much that you don’t trust anyone anymore.

Yes, some people are so self-centred that they don’t know how to support others sacrificially. Yes, maybe you have an employee who refuses to work diligently, and yet he expects to get paid. Or could it be your parents have been unfaithful in taking care of you till you grew up?

God knows every single detail about your life. Before you got saved, He vowed to be faithful to you. Before Adam would sin, Jesus got slain before the foundation of the world (Revelation 13:8). In other words, God is too concerned about Your life that He made provisions to help you before you even got into any trouble.

David says God’s faithfulness endures through all generations. That means it doesn’t matter how populated this world becomes; God will never run out of resources to take care of You.

Will you lay hold on His promises today? Keep your mind focused on Him. He won’t fail you.

Prayer

Father, in the name of Jesus, l decide to lay hold on Your Word about my life. As You’ve declared that Your faithfulness endures through all generations, I know that no matter what happens, my life is in Your hands. Help me remain strong in Your grace to do Your work. In Jesus’ name. Amen!
