By“However, as it is written: “What no eye has seen, what no ear has heard, and what no human mind has conceived”— the things God has prepared for those who love him” — 1 Corinthians 2:9 NIV
Do you believe God has prepared better things ahead for the lives of those who love Him? It’s evident in scripture.
No human has seen, ear heard or conceived in any human’s mind the things God has prepared for those who love Him. But note this. It doesn’t say “… those who God loves…”. That means God loves everybody, but only those who love Him qualify to enjoy more privileges from Him.
It’s just like how a husband will treat his wife. If she’s godly and submissive, he’ll naturally do whatever it takes to bring out the best in her by providing godly leadership and provision as regulated by vision.
God isn’t biased. He said in Isaiah 1:19 (NIV) that,
“If you are willing and obedient, you will eat the good things of the land;”
In this scripture, God is saying that the child of God who submits and obeys the Word will prosper. Don’t envy other believers when you see God lifting them up. Go and check what they’ve been doing that’s making God’s favour and provision stronger in their lives, and do the same.
You, who love God and spend your time doing His work, don’t give up despite the hardships. Great things are ahead of you.

Father, in Jesus’ name, help me never to let my love for you at heart wax cold in the circumstances of life. I choose to follow and do your will every day of my life. Amen!
