Getting Born Again Is Not a Surprise to God

[5] “having predestined us to adoption as sons by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will,” – Ephesians 1:5 (NKJV)

Deep within the heart of every human being on this earth, we need God. But many ignore this and try distracting themselves with the evil pleasures of this life in this fallen world, full of evil. Today, many people who took that path end up perishing, consistently deteriorating in life because there’s no Jesus in the equation.

God chose you in Christ before the foundation of this world to be holy and blameless before Him in love. But on top of that, He predestined you to be adopted as His child through Jesus Christ. So when Jesus died and was resurrected, He paved the way for you to get closer to God.

Today, it doesn’t surprise Him when you get born again and reconciled to God. Why? Because it’s a fulfilment of what has been predestined by Him. Although heaven rejoices over every person who repents, none of these things surprise God. But to you, it’s for your advantage. Because you’ll begin your journey to become who God created you to be.

Continue preaching to people about Jesus. But always let it be in your mind that ensuring people get saved is a fulfilment of prophecy.

You’re a blessing.

Prayer:

Father, thank You for saving me. Help me reach more people to encounter You so they can get saved. In Jesus’ name. Amen!
