Everyone Is Welcome To God’s Salvation In Christ

[16] “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” — John 3:16 NKJV

God is so generous. He has made the dimension of grace responsible for administering salvation to the lost available to all men (see Titus 2:11). So, in essence, everyone is welcome to God’s salvation in Christ. The smoker isn’t excluded from encountering Jesus, neither the fornicator nor the street hawker.

When you go out to preach the gospel, unless you’re Spirit-led, don’t exclude some sects of people from receiving the message of Christ. It is written in John 3:16 that “… whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.”

The word “whoever” means everyone is included. So if people ask that “If God is omniscient and He knows some people will go to hell, why did He allow them to be born?” The answer is that He wants all men to be saved (see 1 Timothy 2:4). However, He has given us the authority to choose where we want to spend eternity.

Anyone who rejects Christ is at a disadvantage, although it could be that the devil has blinded them from seeing the beauty of the gospel of Christ.

Friend, as you enjoy your salvation in the Lord, keep reminding others there’s salvation in Christ and that God wants them to be free from sin. Don’t give up, but continue doing the work of the Lord. Shalom!

Prayer:

Father, thank You for extending Your hand of salvation amongst all people. Turn my life into a life of love that spreads the fragrance of Christ wherever I live and go. In Jesus’ name. Amen!
