Build A New Life Database

You cannot change your past, but you can do something about your present and the future. However, much rests on your change of mentality, not work or even financial status. Because if much money is given to a man with a poor wealth management mindset, it will be squandered.

You have a choice to remain living in darkness (full of sin and all manner of evil works) or build a new life database of righteousness (right living) by accepting Jesus as your Saviour and following Him as your Lord. God knew you needed a Savior. So He gave Jesus to serve as the propitiation of the sins of the whole world (1 John 2:2).

As powerful as God is, He has given you a choice to choose life in Christ or remain in darkness only to suffer eternal damnation in the end.

I don’t know how dark your past was or has been. Jesus is ready to rewrite the chronicles of your life in light if you choose to follow Him wholeheartedly. Listen! People may mock you for following Jesus. But watch their lives and compare them with what Jesus does for you. It has and will never be the same. God honours everyone who follows Jesus (John 12:26).

Clean that old database of your past in your mind. Accept Jesus. Follow Him. People would distance themselves from you because of your Christ-centred decisions. But hey, your destiny isn’t in any man’s hands. It’s in God’s hands. He has good plans for you. Your mind can’t comprehend all of them. So He reveals seeds of purpose in bits. And as you follow Him and give yourself to the Word and Spirit, your path as the righteousness of God will become brighter and brighter. Stay on course with Jesus.
